Insomnia

How much sleep do we need? Will you worry if you cannot sleep? Worry is one of the causes of insomnia. One cannot sleep because his mind is working. Active minds no matter what is its thinking will not let someone sleeps. In this situation one has to learn to rest his mind in able to sleep.
Sleep is a rest to the mind.The length of which depends on the person. The indicator for which is your feeling that you are refreshed. Sleep is also the rest for the body it may take longer before we are refreshed if the body is tired unlike the rest needed by the mind.
Insomnia is an early symptom of a mental problem and sleep is therapeutic. Insomnia more than three days will need medical consultation. Relax and don't worry about anything. Have a nice sleep.
